We'll start by exploring your symptoms, health journey, diet and lifestyle and carry out tests to build a detailed picture of what may be happening and why. We'll then use my 5 pillar approach to select gradual, joyful changes that will make a difference to your symptoms. We'll explore tasty foods that nourish your hormones and loving ways to move and unwind. Changing your habits won't be easy, so I'll be there to answer your questions, provide tips and encouragement every step of the way. We'll review how your are getting on and add new suggestions that make progress manageable. I want you to feel confident with making healthy choices that support your health and make you feel fantastic now and in the future.
My programmes
I offer two personalised programmes which you can do online or in-person at my clinic in Bath, Somerset.
The best package for you is down to the complexity of your symptoms, whether you would like to use testing and how much support you require.
Rebalance
In this package I use sophisticated tests to provide an in-depth picture of how your different hormones are functioning and your vitamin and mineral status. This helps me to identify possible roots causes of your peri-menopause symptoms and provide you with swifter, more targeted support.
